Head timestamp request for CBOE indices get no response

I created a database with VIX index (canid 13455763) but when I tried to collect the history from IB, the flightlog says the following error:

The issue has been going on for the last few days.
It seems either only CBOE data or IND are affected, as STK for other exchanges work just fine.

The IB server seems to be back up and now it seems working fine.

Sometimes the IB API can be spotty on the weekends, though usually Sunday is fine.

Same here, anything STK is ok and it’s a Sunday but VIX & SPX didn’t work.
Any other solution rather than wait until a weekday?
